Throughout the spring, KRUPA GALLERY will present the first iteration of the SHOWROOM series, which aims to present current and recent artistic phenomena and attitudes among the artists working with the gallery. These will often be works almost freshly transferred from their ateliers, which show current observations and explorations on an ongoing basis.

The leitmotif of the first exhibition of this series is the phenomenon of the spring and summer solstices, and their translation into energy states that cause stress and discomfort associated with moments of transition, transformation and change. After all, astronomical observations often provide a starting point for justifying spiritual experiences or serve as alternative methods of predicting the future. The variety of works on display provides a rich overview of a variety of approaches to creative techniques, while the convergence of common sentiments influences the coherence and interpenetration of certain narratives, which at the time of the solstice influence the taking up of related themes of cyclicity, time, change and memory.
